Originally from West Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Samuel is currently licensed to practice law in the state of New Jersey, and is employed as a Litigation Trial Attorney at Branigan & Associates, LLC. He obtained his bachelor’s degree from Temple University, completing a double major in History and Political Science . Samuel is a graduate of the University Of Massachusetts School of Law, where he was President of the Black Law Students Association (BLSA). After law school, Samuel was a law clerk for three years to the Honorable John A. Boccabella, in the Berks County Criminal Division of the Pennsylvania Court of Common Pleas, where he dealt with and oversaw a wide range of major criminal cases. Samuel remains committed to his field and is dedicated to mastering the art of criminal defense. He focuses on DUI’s, drug possessions, weapons charges and a plethora of other criminal matters. Samuel is thoroughly organized and always carefully considers his legal approach to each case. His personal skills are second to none and he makes sure that the guidance he provides to his clients instills a level of comfort in them such that they know Samuel is the man to put them on the right track to justice.
