Frank J. Dyevoich, Esq.
“Injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere” ~ Martin Luther King, Jr.
Most individuals are unaware that their constitutional rights have been violated. They are unaware that the police overstepped their authority in collecting evidence or illegally elicited a confession in an interrogation. Most importantly, they are unaware that this happens all the time. That is where I come in. My name is Frank J. Dyevoich and I want to get your case DISMISSED. I am seeking to protect your legal rights so that you do not become another tally in the police department’s quota. Remember that you are innocent until proven guilty, so take advantage of your 5th Amendment right to remain silent and let me take care of the rest, so that one incident does not affect you and your family for years to come.

I am a criminal defense attorney and I am very good at what I do. I am young and motivated, and I will stop at nothing to get the justice that my clients deserve. Whether you received a 2-point speeding ticket or are being framed for a double homicide, and anything in between, I’m here to make sure that your license does not get suspended, your insurance costs do not go up, and to make sure that you get to spend all of your free time with your friends and family (which you could not do from jail). Here at Branigan and Associates, LLC, we are stocked with experienced and passionate attorneys who are eager to tackle the system in order to clear your name. We have the skills, knowledge, experience and confidence to win your case. Give us your trust and we will do everything we can to give you your freedom. Choosing an attorney is one of the most important decisions you will ever make, so choose wisely (pick me).

Now that I have told you how I can help you and your loved ones, let me tell you a little bit about myself. I am a magna cum laude graduate from Seton Hall University and I achieved my Juris Doctorate from Roger Williams University School of Law, where I was the Vice-President of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society, an active member in the Criminal Law Society and the top of my class in Trial Advocacy and Employment Law. I am licensed to practice law in New York and New Jersey. When I am not busy reducing sentences and having charges dropped, I am an animal lover and an avid sports fan (fantasy football advice for clients) with a unique appreciation for music and movies. I am extremely competitive in everything that I do and I absolutely hate to lose. I carry these passions with me in my practice and employ everything at my disposal in order to come out on top. I am relentless in my pursuit for justice for my clients, and I will scratch and claw in order to protect my clients. Some things in life are uncertain, however, my ability to defend your case is not one of them.
